Video Surveillance Ivideon App Reviews

The iVideon app provides an excellent interface to their server software and the associated video file. I use the free non-cloud version of the server software with this app and am very impressed with how well both work and how the and intuitive the user interface is. The only issue I have seen is that on occasion you will open a camera view on the app and it will say live mode is not available. Since I have also seen this when using the local browser interface, I assume it could be a server issue. In either case closing the app/browser page, stopping and then restarting the server, and then loading the app/browser again solves the problem. All in all, iVideon has an excellent product.

Worked like a charm! After only 5 minutes we had our phones and laptop streaming to it simultaneously. And the quality using an old phone was amazing! I would definitely recommend this app and we will certainly be adding to it.

Love the set up. Not expensive, works great, easy to use and feel secure being able to see my vacation property from over 1000 miles away

Could use a lite more detail when setting up ipcam or Llow a barcode foe any camera that is deemed usable. Im still trying to figure out what download goes for what . Other than that overall ita a great app i LOVE IT

This update quietly reduces the access for the number of people who can view the camera from four down to 3. This will be a big issue for people who have paid for one year of service in advance! Theres no mention in the release notes and honestly its quite sneaky to limit the functionality and asking users to upgrade their pricing plan. It also causes issues with some of the cameras I have four of them and I had to go back and recreate access and setup for gas for two of them. Dont upgrade until it is fixed!

These cameras are even more glitchy. So many complaints: -They cannot pick up obvious motion at all, but will pick up lint flying through the air. I was on my deck for 3 hours and my camera had no video of the occurrence. However, it will record all night cars driving by. -The cameras regularly go offline, mainly when motion is occurring and mainly at night when you really need the surveillance. -I have one camera that I cannot disable the ir led lights. -Playback from the cloud is literally 1-2 seconds. I tried to update the cameras with the new software hoping this would change, but updates take about an hour. I finally just deleted the app and reinstalled. Phillips should really get out of the video surveillance business, because they have no clue.

Every other video clip wont play. Theres a screen capture representing activity but when I click it the screen is black.

I love this camera. I only have the free service but may upgrade to the premium. Easy setup, clear picture, great for use as doggie cam. Love the events feature.

I just set this up on Monday in my home. Constantly buffers, about a 30 second delay, and cannot use the microphone from my phone to communicate at home. Will be returning this product for a better one.

App works exactly as expected. Worth upgrading when I get more than 2 cameras.

Cant say enough about these cameras. Easy to install, easy to set up, great quality picture. I have not registered for cloud back-up (yet), but doesnt appear pricey.

Clear image. Excellent controls. Reasonable price. Concerned about future cloud expenses.

If you just want to watch your home it does the job, but the price they are charging is certainly does not deliver the quality for the Bucks. The video response time is very slow. And it is also very noisy. Even if no one is at home, and the house is pinned silent, it still makes a lot of notice not sure from where!!! Setting up was not easy because if you have cable internet, it does not work with any wifi other than 2.4 ghz. Night vision is horrible, you basically do not see a thing but very blurry shadow. You can buy some 15-20 dollar wifi webcam and it serves the same quality like this one. Bottom line is, if you want to spend this much money you should consider other brands. Their customer support is from Russia and the agents are very rude.

This is in addition to my 28 IP NVR. I have purchased 4 of these cameras for instant alert while Im away but the motions detection doesnt work. I walked in front, do jumping jacks still not triggering the motion notification... either the camera is bad or the apps. I may have to return this cameras, defeat the purpose of having instant alert.

Easy to use, runs great on all devices, very affordable. I was not able to add more then 4 cameras so I have a tech issue going but I have not reached out yet to them except one email but ... Product is good. Dependable

Finally an easy to use security cam app. Setup couldnt be any easier, no messing around with port forwarding, dual NAT translation, etc. It just works. I do wish there were sensitivity adjustments for motion detection, but overall very pleased.

You must to pay money for the movement and alarm But at first time you will see in packet every thing is free But I think all of product from holand is similar So I am sorry for apple Because they dont allow selling in Apple Store

Very easy to set up multiple cameras of different brands to all come together to work with this app. The recording and notifying works flawless. Love this app.
